Two products you can use today: DocAI reads your paperwork, Dial trains your cold callers. And when your workflow needs more, we build it — fixed scope, fixed price, and you own everything we ship.
No account for either · Most AI pilots die in the demo, ours go live in 2–6 weeks
Built by people who ran freight software
Data stays in US clouds
Human review on everything that goes out
No account needed to try either product
Products
Two things freight teams do every day, done better.
One reads the paperwork nobody wants to key in. The other takes the calls nobody wants to make badly in front of a real prospect.
PRODUCT · DOCAISelf-serve
DocAI
Logistics documents in, structured data out.
Forward or upload a BOL, rate confirmation, POD, invoice, or packing list. Every field comes back pointing at the spot on the page it was read from, low-confidence values are flagged for a person, and the whole batch exports to Excel or your TMS.
Cold-call practice that pushes back like a real shipper.
Your new broker dials a shipping manager who has hung up on better reps. Real objections, a mood that turns on what they say, and a scorecard with the moment the call was won or lost — before they burn a real prospect.
Built by freight people, run like an engineering shop.
Logistics only
Detention terms, rate cons, EDI quirks, TMS integrations — we speak freight, not generic "AI transformation." Every product and every engagement compounds what we know about your world.
We've shipped freight software
DocAI and Dial run in production, on our own infrastructure. The people who built and operate them are the ones who build for you.
Human review, always
Low-confidence results go to a person instead of being guessed. Nothing external — a claim, an invoice, an email — goes out without approval unless you decide it should.
Your data stays yours
US cloud regions, least-privilege access, audit trails. Never used to train shared models. Bring your IT team — we will walk them through everything.
FAQ
The questions operators ask.
What does LogiPilot do?
Three things for freight operators: DocAI, a product that reads logistics documents into structured, reviewable data; Dial, a product that trains broker sales reps with AI cold calls; and custom AI builds — claims, document audit, and dock-side vision — delivered to a fixed scope and price.
Who is it for?
US freight brokerages, truckload 3PLs, forwarders and customs brokers, and warehouses from roughly 5 to 200 people — companies that need real automation without an enterprise IT department.
Can I try before talking to anyone?
Yes. DocAI parses a document of yours on the spot with no account, and Dial gives every visitor one free practice call. Sign-up for either is an email address; there is no sales call in front of them.
Where does our data live?
In US cloud regions, encrypted in transit and at rest, with least-privilege access and audit logs. Documents you parse in DocAI belong to your workspace; the try-it widget stores nothing. Your data is never used to train models shared with other customers.
How do the custom builds work?
A 30-minute scoping call, a fixed quote, a build that goes live in two to six weeks with weekly demos on your data, then an optional monthly operate-and-improve term. Pilots start at $12,000. You own the code and the data.
