Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. Introduction

LogiPilot, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") designs, builds, and operates custom AI systems for logistics and supply chain businesses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit our website, contact us, or work with us on a services engagement.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Business contact information you send us (name, email address, company, role)
  • The contents of your communications with us, such as demo requests and email inquiries
  • Billing information needed to invoice an engagement

2.2 Information Collected Automatically on Our Website

  • Usage data and analytics events
  • Device and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9)

2.3 Client Engagement Data

When we perform services for a client, the client may provide us with, or authorize us to access, business data such as logistics documents, TMS records, and operational emails ("Engagement Data"). Engagement Data may incidentally contain personal information (for example, names and contact details of drivers, dispatchers, or counterparties). We process Engagement Data on the client's behalf and instructions, under the contract governing the engagement.

3. How We Use Information

  • Responding to inquiries and demo requests
  • Performing services under an engagement
  • Invoicing and administering our business relationship
  • Operating, securing, and improving our website
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our terms

4. How We Handle Engagement Data

  • We access Engagement Data only as needed to deliver the engagement
  • We do not use Engagement Data to train models shared with other customers
  • By default, Engagement Data is stored and processed in United States cloud regions
  • Access is restricted to personnel who need it, and access is logged
  • At the end of an engagement, Engagement Data is returned or deleted as the contract specifies

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

5.1 Service Providers

We share information with service providers who support our business — such as cloud hosting, AI model providers, email, and analytics — under agreements that restrict their use of the information to providing services to us.

5.2 Personnel and Subcontractors

Our personnel and subcontractors may process information under confidentiality obligations, on a need-to-know basis, subject to the data-handling terms of the applicable engagement.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or to protect rights, property, or safety.

5.4 Business Transfers

Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5.5 Consent

We may share information with your consent or at your direction.

6. Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, and audit logging. Our security practices are described on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain business contact information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Engagement Data is retained for the duration and purposes set by the governing contract, then returned or deleted unless the law requires longer retention.

8. International Access

Information is stored in the United States by default. Where our personnel access systems from outside the United States, that access is limited, logged, and subject to the data-handling restrictions of the applicable engagement.

9. Cookies and Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics (including Google Analytics and PostHog) to understand how the site is used and improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect site functionality.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of personal information
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive a portable copy of your information
  • Withdraw consent

To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@logipilot.ai. If your personal information appears in a client's Engagement Data, we may refer your request to that client, who controls it.

11. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post material changes on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
